The location is marvellous and cosy, close to the mountains, and the city center of Kitzbuhel - couldn't be better.

Good overall service and convenient parking available. They offer a variety of delicious breakfast options, so you won't go hungry in the mornings! 🍳

During my trip, I stayed at this place, and I had a pleasant stay enjoying the cozy atmosphere, convenient location for skiing, and the friendly and attentive staff.

Guests have all their needs satisfied by the affable and nice staff. The location is great and cozy and they have parking onsite.

Excellent breakfast, attentive staff, good experience. Owner helpful with ideas and directions. Pleasant rural location, easy for day trips. Beautiful cable car rides, Krimmler waterfall, Pertisau on Achensee, Alpbach village with fine floral displays. Hotel staff can advise on more.

This hotel is a real gem. The views from the extension at the back of the hotel during breakfast are simply amazing. The staff are lovely and the entire facility is exceptionally clean. Plus, the continental breakfast with eggs is great!

Secondly, the service provided by the staff was outstanding. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Additionally, the rooms offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, which added to the overall charm of the stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from.

Everything was spot on.

During Christmas time, we stayed at an alpine family hotel. the continental breakfast offered eggs and it was great, and the staff was attentive. the facility was exceptionally clean and the good wifi made it easy to share photos with loved ones. the nearby restaurant was a plus, so we didn't need to travel far for a good meal.

Parking was scarce and challenging to maneuver depending on how many guests were at the hotel. There was no elevator, so there were steps to climb.

Located in the heart of the Alps, this family-owned hotel provides easy access to various ski areas. the hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with TV, phone, and hot shower facilities. Guests can enjoy the tasty Austrian style breakfast with boiled eggs. there are two fantastic restaurants within a block of the hotel.

The hotel does not have an elevator, which could be inconvenient for some guests with mobility issues.
